SAEA Members
The Accreditation Board for the Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies Scheme will promote and market “SAEA” as a brand name as having achieved certain professional standards of estate agency. The general public which seeks the services of SAEA accredited estate agents will be assured of competent services of a reasonable standard.

In addition, accredited agents will be able to attend regular workshops on estate agency exclusively organised for accredited members. The purpose is for accredited agents to keep up-to-date with the latest developments and to share experience in estate agency.

Another benefit for accredited agents and people employing the services of accredited agents is that they can avail themselves to mediation and other dispute resolution services at the SISV Mediation Centre. The purpose of this service is to assist buyers and sellers as well as landlords and tenants to resolve disputes arising from the service with each other and with the accredited agent or agency concerned.
